Bridgeway Community Living LLC is developing independent, housing-only shared living primarily for adults age 50 and older, including veterans, who can live safely and independently in a shared-home environment. Limited exceptions may be considered under Bridgeway’s written policies and applicable law.
Important pre-opening notice
Bridgeway is not currently accepting formal housing applications, application fees, deposits, room reservations, leases, or move-in dates. Joining the pre-opening interest list is not an application, approval, priority decision, reservation, lease, or guarantee of housing.

Our mission
Bridgeway is being developed to offer a respectful shared-home environment where independent adults can have housing stability, community, and a place to call home.
Residents will be expected to manage their personal care, medications, meals, appointments, transportation, finances, and daily activities independently or through outside services they arrange separately.

Future housing consideration will follow Bridgeway’s admissions policies and all applicable legal requirements.
Veterans are welcome
Veterans may join the same pre-opening interest process available to other prospective residents.

Prospective residents must be able to live safely and respectfully in a shared-home environment.
